2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.
  • Jocacy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds. However, you may return an item for store credit or exchange it for another size or style.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits are non-returnable.
  • Final Sale items may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt at our Distribution Center.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery by emailing eboutique@jocacy.com.

4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • If you no longer want an item, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

5. Final Sale Items

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Jocacy.com, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Jocacy and may not be used without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Jocacy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
